- Potatoes – 3(large)
- Eggs – 6
- Dry noodles – 2 cups

Procedure for Preparing Egg In Potato Nest Recipe
Boil the potatoes with the skin. Cool and cut lengthwise.
Now scoop out the centre leaving a thick shell. Sprinkle salt and pepper and keep aside.
Break an egg into each potato half and arrange in a baking tray.
Sprinkle salt and pepper onto it and bake on medium temperature(150°c) till the egg is set.
