Aam Angoor er Chutney (Mango & Grapes Chutney) is a very healthy yet yummy recipe. The sweet combination of Mango & Green grapes is just awesome.
Ingredients for preparing Aam Angoor er Chutney:
- Raw mango (aam) – 1 piece (peel & cut into long strips)
- Green Grapes (angoor) – 100 gm
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Red dry chilli – 1 piece
- Water – 1 cup
- Oil – 1 tsp
Procedure for preparing Aam Angoor er Chutney:
- Boil the mango pieces with salt, turmeric powder & ½ cup of water.
- Drain out the mango pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add whole mustard seeds & dry red chilli. When the seeds turn brown & aroma releases, add mango pieces & the grapes.
- Stir for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt & ½ cup of water. Allow it to boil.
- Add sugar & cook till a thick consistency.
- Remove from heat & cool.
