Bhutanese chilli chicken is a dish where sesame seeds are used, giving it a nice flavour. The chillies used in this recipe are the big bhutanese chillies(but you can also use normal chillies if you don’t have them) making it quite spicy. The chicken when coated with flour and cornflour and then fried makes the chicken pieces crispy from outside and juicy from inside. This dish can be prepared very easily and is also delicious. It was an instant hit when I prepared it at home for the first time and continue to do so on public demand. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.
