Mango lassi is most commonly found in India and Pakistan though it is gaining popularity worldwide. It is made from yogurt, water and mango pulp. It may be made with or without additional sugar. It is a very refreshing drink during summers and may be garnished with mint leaves.
Ingredients for Mango Lassi Recipe
- Mango – 1 big
- Yougurt/curd – approx. 800 ml
- Sugar – 2-3 tsp
- Crushed ice – 4-5 ice cubes
- Mint leaves – for garnishing (optional)
Procedure for preparing Mango Lassi Recipe
Peel and take the pulp of the mango.
In a blender blend the mango pulp, yogurt, crushed ice and sugar till the mix is fluffy.
Serve chilled in a long glass and garnish with mint leaves.
