Gur also known as jaggery or whole sugar naturally good in vitamins and minerals. Gur Sharbat is a drink of summer that purifies blood, regulate the liver function and keep the body healthy.

 Ingredients for preparing Gur Sharbat

Procedure for preparing Gur Sharbat

Dissolve 100 gms of gur in 2 glass of water. When gur melts, squeeze lemon juice into it.

Serve with ice cubes.

This ingredients is for 2 glasses of sharbat.
