Meetha Samosa is sweetmeat, prepared in a similar manner as the classic samosa, stuffed with sweet filling on coconut & milk. A must try for people with a sweet tooth.
Ingredients for Mitha Samosa

- Samosa patty – 25
- Wheat flour – 2 cup
- Water – as required
For Filling
- Coconut dry powder – 1 cup
- Dry milk powder – 2 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
Procedure for preparing Mitha Samosa
For Cover
Make flour paste by adding wheat flour and water, consistency should be thin, keep aside.
For Filling
In big bowl put all ingredient mix it well with spoon.
Take one samosa patty and make a pocket at one end.
Fill it with this mixture and seal the third (top) edge by applying a flour paste in it.
Fill the rest of the samosa by same method.
Deep fry this raw samosa in a medium flame till it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour.
Serve hot.
