Ingredients for preparing Chicken Asparagus Soup:
- Asparagus : 1 tin
- Chicken flesh : 1 cup (boiled)
- Chicken Stock : 5 cups
- Spring onion : ½ cup (chopped)
- Garlic : 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Olive oil : 4 tbsp
- Cornflour : 2 tbsp
- Ajinomoto : 1 pinch (optional)
- Egg : 1 piece (beaten)
- Salt : to taste
- Black Pepper : 1 tsp
Procedure for preparing Chicken Asparagus Soup:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
- Add chicken, asparagus, salt, chicken stock. Cover & boil for 5 minutes.
- Add cornflour (mixed in ½ cup of water), ajinomoto, egg, spring onion & mix well.
- Remove from heat & serve hot.
