Fried Crispy Chicken Wings make a wonderful & spicy snack. Chilli flakes add a spicy taste to it, it can be served as a snack or as an appetizer.
Ingredients for Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe
- Chicken wings – 5 (that makes 10 pieces)
- Egg – 1
- Soya sauce – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – 1 tbsp
- Maida/all purpose flour – 3 tbsp
- Bread crumbs– 3 tbs p
- Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
- Oil – for deep frying
Procedure for preparing Crispy Chicken Wings Recipe
Beat the egg in a bowl and add pepper, soya sauce and salt to it. To this add the cleaned chicken wings pieces and marinate it well. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
Meanwhile in another bowl add the breadcrumbs, maida, chilli flakes and salt and mix well.
Take out the chicken wings from the refrigerator and then one by one dip the chicken wings in the breadcrumb mix and coat well.
Finally fry the wings till crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.
