Green Grapes Chutney Recipe

Green Grapes itself being so nutritious & healthy, when prepared with sweet syrup, it is not only becomes good to taste but also adds on to our nutritive values.

Ingredients for preparing Green Grapes Chutney:

  • Green Grapes : 250 gm
  • Mustard oil : 1 tsp
  • Sugar : ½ cup
  • Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Salt : a pinch
  • Ginger paste : ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice : ½ tsp

Procedure for preparing Green Grapes Chutney:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, salt & ginger paste. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Pour 1 cup of water & add sugar.
  • When water starts boiling add grapes.
  • Cook till the chutney thickens.
  • Remove from heat. Make it cool.
  • Add lemon juice & serve.
