Ingredients for preparing Apple Stew:
- Apple : 1 piece (peeled & chopped)
- Sugar : 2 tsp
- Milk : 1 cup
Procedure for preparing Apple Stew:
- Boil apple in the milk in low flame till apple becomes soft.
- Add sugar. Stir for more 2 minutes.
- Make a paste of this mixture & strain.
- Refrigerate & serve chilled.
