The meat of spare rib is tender & juicy. Barbecue spare rib is prepared in an optimum way & contains a fantastic taste.
Ingredients for preparing Barbecue Spare Rib:
- Lamb spare rib : 8 pieces
- Ginger : 1 tbsp (grated)
- Garlic : 1 tbsp (grated)
- Vinegar : 1 tsp
- honey : 1 tsp
For Sauce:
- Spring onion : 1 (chopped)
- Capsicum : 2 pieces (shredded)
- Olive oil : 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce : 2 tbsp
- Ajinomoto : 1 pinch
- Honey : 1 tsp
- Salt & pepper : to taste
Procedure for preparing Barbecue Spare Rib:
- Marinate the lamb pieces with ginger, vinegar & honey for 8 hours.
- Skew the lambs in the skewers.
- Put the skewer in the barbecue till brown & keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
- Add capsicum & spring onion & sauté.
- Add soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt, honey, pepper & sauté.
- Remove from heat.
- Arrange the barbecued lamb in a serving plate.
- Pour the sauce over it & serve.
