Cheese Corn Balls is a vegetarian Spicy Snack. It is a very healthy preparation.
Ingredients for preparing Cheese Corn Balls:
- Plain Flour : 4 tbsp
- Butter : 4 tbsp
- Milk : 2 cups
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder : ½ tsp
- Fine Bread Crumbs : 5 tbsp (sifted)
- Fresh Corns : 2 pieces (boiled)
- Green Chillies : 2 pieces (chopped)
- Coriander : 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Cheese : 50 gm (grated)
- Chilli Garlic Sauce : 1 tsp
Procedure for preparing Cheese Corn Balls:
- Boil whole fresh corn in salted water till tender.
- Scrap to remove the corn. Keep aside.
- Melt butter in a heavy bottomed pan. Add flour.
- Cook on low flame. Stir continuously for 1 minute.
- Remove from fire.
- Add milk. Stir Continuously.
- Return to fire & cook till a thick paste is formed.
- Cook in low flame for 1 minute.
- Remove from fire.
- Add corn, cheese, green chillies, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, pepper.
- Add bread crumbs & roll balls.
- Deep fry the balls till golden brown.
