Ingredients for preparing Lamb Chops in Tomato Puree:
- Lamb Chops : ½ kg
- Salt : to taste
- Tomato puree : 200 gm
- Worcestershire Sauce : 1 tbsp
- Chilli Garlic Sauce : 2 tbsp
- Capsica Sauce : 2 tbsp
- Vinegar : 4 tbsp
- Green Chilli : 3 pieces
- Butter : 2 tbsp
- Onion paste : 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
- Capsicum : 1 piece (chopped)
- Tomato : 1 piece (chopped)
- Cucumber : 1 piece (chopped)
Procedure for preparing Lamb Chop in Tomato Sauce:
- Marinate all the ingredients for 3 hours.
- Pour in a baking tray.
- Bake at 200 degree temperature for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
