Tasty & juicy Lamb Chops in Tomato Puree – Enjoy the wonderful taste of Lambs through this oven recipe.

Ingredients for preparing Lamb Chops in Tomato Puree:

  • Lamb Chops : ½ kg
  • Salt : to taste
  • Tomato puree : 200 gm
  • Worcestershire Sauce : 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Capsica Sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar : 4 tbsp
  • Green Chilli : 3 pieces
  • Butter : 2 tbsp
  • Onion paste : 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum : 1 piece (chopped)
  • Tomato : 1 piece (chopped)
  • Cucumber : 1 piece (chopped)

Procedure for preparing Lamb Chop in Tomato Sauce:

  • Marinate all the ingredients for 3 hours.
  • Pour in a baking tray.
  • Bake at 200 degree temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
