Pudina Raita or Mint Raita is an ideal appetizer during the scorching heat of the summer & heavy meals.
Ingredients for preparing Pudina Raita:
- Mint leaves (pudina) : 1 bunch (paste)
- Coriander leaves : 1 bunch (paste)
- Roasted jeera powder : ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Yogurt : 200 gm
- Sugar : ½ tsp
Procedure for preparing Pudina Raita:
- Beat yogurt well.
- Mix mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder with yogurt.
- Serve pudina raita with any sorts of biriyani or pakora.
