Green Grapes itself being so nutritious & healthy, when prepared with sweet syrup, it is not only becomes good to taste but also adds on to our nutritive values.
Ingredients for preparing Green Grapes Chutney:
- Green Grapes : 250 gm
- Mustard oil : 1 tsp
- Sugar : ½ cup
- Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
- Water : 1 cup
- Salt : a pinch
- Ginger paste : ½ tsp
- Lemon juice : ½ tsp
Procedure for preparing Green Grapes Chutney:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, salt & ginger paste. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour 1 cup of water & add sugar.
- When water starts boiling add grapes.
- Cook till the chutney thickens.
- Remove from heat. Make it cool.
- Add lemon juice & serve.
