Ingredients for Banana Chocolate Bread
- Ripe Bananas – 3 large
- Eggs – 2
- All Purpose Flour/Maida – 2 cups
- Baking Powder – 2½ tsp
- Sugar – 1 1/2 cups
- Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp
- Chocolate Chips (semi sweet) – 1½ cups
Procedure for preparing Banana Chocolate Bread
Preheat oven to 325 Degrees for 10 minutes.
Mash the bananas. Add eggs and mix. Add All Purpose Flour, Baking powder, sugar, Vanilla Essence and mix.
Brush your baking bowl with butter and dust it with flour.
Put one layer of the batter in the bowl. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the batter. Now add the rest of the batter.
Bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, roll in on a plate, dust with sugar.
