Brownie Recipe

Brownie is very delicious & easy to make. It is a combination of cocoa & cashew nut & walnut.

Ingredients for preparing Brownie:

  • Flour : 200 gm
  • Sugar : 150 gm
  • Honey : 50 gm
  • Egg : 4 pieces (beaten)
  • Cocoa powder : 50 gm
  • White butter : 200 gm
  • Baking powder : 1 tsp
  • Cashew nut & walnut : 100 gm

Procedure for preparing Brownie:

  • Make a batter with sugar, butter & egg.
  • Beat for 15 minutes.
  • Mix flour bit by bit.
  • Add honey & cocoa powder.
  • Add some cashew nut & walnut.
  • Grease a cake tin with butter and butter paper.
  • Put the batter & sprinkle nuts on the top.
  • Bake it for 45 minutes at 200 degree temperature.
  • Take out. Let it be cool. Serve.
