Fruit Salad is a preparation consisting of various kinds of fruits. It is a quick & healthy breakfast.
Ingredients for preparing Fruit Salad:
- Orange : 1 piece
- Pineapple : 225 gm
- Banana : 2 pieces
- Cherry : 150 gm
- Apple : 100 gm
- Lemon : 1 piece
- Mint leaves : 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Cream : 50 gm
- Sugar : 100 gm
- Condensed milk : 50 gm
- Black grapes : 50 gm
- Water melon : 200 gm
- Papaya : 200 gm
- Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Procedure for preparing Fruit Salad:
- Dice all fruits.
- Boil 4 cups of water with lemon juice & sugar till thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix all diced fruits with sugar syrup.
- Place in the serving bowl.
- Add chaat masala, Mint leaves & mix.
- Add condensed milk, cream & serve.
