Dhania Pudina Raita is made with yoghurt and used as a sauce or dip. The yoghurt may be seasoned with coriander (cilantro),cumin,mint and other herbs and spices. This recipe is a variety of the different kinds of raita that can be prepared.
Ingredients for preparing Dhaniya Pudina Raita
- Pudina (mint leaves) – 1 bunch
- Dhaniya (coriander leaves) – ½ bunch
- Curd – 3 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Cream – 2 tsp
- Green Chillies – 2 pieces
- Garlic flake – 2 pieces
- Chaat masala – for garnishing
- Lemon squeezed – 2 tsp
Procedure for preparing Dhaniya Pudina Raita
Blend all the ingredients except chaat masala and lemon squeezed, grind it into a smooth paste in a mixer. Take out in a serving bowl and add lemon squeezed and mix it well.
You can serve it with fried chop and pakoras.
Garnish with chaat masala.
