Ingredients for Khajur ka sheera Recipe
- Dates/khajur – 15 pieces(de-seeded)
- Milk – ½ cup
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Ghee/Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp
Procedure for preparing Khajur ka sheera Recipe
Heat ghee in a pan/kadhai and add the chopped dates to it . Fry for 2 minutes.To this add sugar, cardamom powder and milk and mix well.
Cook till dates become soft and the ghee starts leaving the sides. Remove from fire when the mixture is not too liquid or dry.
