Ingredients
- banana – 3 large ripe ones mashed
- eggs – 2 large
- powdered sugar – 1 cup
- all purpose flour – 1 1⁄2 cups
- melted butter – 1⁄2 cup
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- salt – a small pinch
- vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- choco chip – 1⁄4 cup ( or more as per your liking )
Procedure
Begin with two large bowls.
In one bowl, combine all the wet ingredients – beaten eggs, mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla essence.
In the second bowl, mix together the dry ingredients – all-purpose flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
