Cheese Toast is a all time favourite snack. It is very healthy & tasty too.
Ingredients for preparing Cheese Toast:
- Bread : 4 slices
- Cheese : 4 tbsp (grated)
- Flour : 2 tbsp
- Milk : ½ cup
- Chilli powder : 1 pinch
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds : 2 tbsp
- Oil : to fry
Procedure for preparing Cheese Toast:
- Mix flour, cheese, milk, chilli powder, salt, pepper & make a smooth Batter.
- Cut the edges of the sliced bread.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip the bread slices into the batter, sprinkle sesame seeds on the top & deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with sauce.
