French toast or eggy bread is a dish of bread soaked in eggs then fried. It is popular throughout the whole world. Generally it is preferred as the breakfast ans is served with a sauce such as ketchup or mayonnaise.
Ingredients for preparing French Toast:
- Bread : 6 slices
- Egg : 6 (beaten)
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : to taste
- Refined oil : 12 tbsp
- Sugar : ½ tsp
- Milk : 3 tsp
Procedure for preparing French Toast:
- Mix egg, salt, pepper, sugar & milk in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip bread slices in the mixture & deep fry till golden brown.
- Take out from oil & serve with sauce.
