Fruit Salad Recipe

Fruit Salad is a preparation consisting of various kinds of fruits. It is a quick & healthy breakfast.

Ingredients for preparing Fruit Salad:

  • Orange : 1 piece
  • Pineapple : 225 gm
  • Banana : 2 pieces
  • Cherry : 150 gm
  • Apple : 100 gm
  • Lemon : 1 piece
  • Mint leaves : 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Cream : 50 gm
  • Sugar : 100 gm
  • Condensed milk : 50 gm
  • Black grapes : 50 gm
  • Water melon : 200 gm
  • Papaya : 200 gm
  • Chaat masala : 1 tsp

Procedure for preparing Fruit Salad:

  • Dice all fruits.
  • Boil 4 cups of water with lemon juice & sugar till thickens.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Mix all diced fruits with sugar syrup.
  • Place in the serving bowl.
  • Add chaat masala, Mint leaves & mix.
  • Add condensed milk, cream & serve.
