Grilled Fish with Lemon sauce is a very easy recipe. It contains an amazing taste of lemon mixed with the grilled fishes & is healthy too!
Ingredients for preparing Grilled Fish With Lemon Sauce:
- Bhetki : 500 gm
- Lemon : 100 gm
- Oil : 4 tbsp
- Flour : 2 tbsp
- Cream : 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste : 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste : 2 tbsp
- Parsley leaves : 2 tsp (chopped)
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp
- Milk : 500 ml
- Onion : 1 piece
- Carrot : 1 piece
- Broccoli : 4 flowers
- Potato : 1 piece (cut into length wise)
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper powder : 4 tbsp
Procedure for preparing Grilled Fish With Lemon Sauce:
- Wash & dry the fish fillets.
- Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice, salt & ginger paste for 2 hours.
- Coat the marinated fillets with flour seasoned with salt & pepper.
- Grill the fillets seasoned with oil in preheated oven 180 degree temperature till golden brown.
- To make the sauce, boil milk till it thickens.
- Heat a pan & add butter.
- Add onion, garlic & sauté.
- Cook for 3 minutes & add 1 tsp of flour.
- Mix milk into the pan & stir continuously.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Remove from the heat & make it cool.
- Add lemon juice, cream & parsley leaves.
- Blanch the vegetables & sprinkle salt & pepper.
- Deep fry the potatoes. Sprinkle salt & pepper.
- Place the grilled fish fillets & pour lemon juice over it.
- Garnish with vegetables & French potatoes & serve.
