Grilled Fish Recipe With Lemon Sauce

Grilled Fish with Lemon sauce is a very easy recipe. It contains an amazing taste of lemon mixed with the grilled fishes & is healthy too!

Ingredients for preparing Grilled Fish With Lemon Sauce:

  • Bhetki : 500 gm
  • Lemon : 100 gm
  • Oil : 4 tbsp
  • Flour : 2 tbsp
  • Cream : 2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste : 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste : 2 tbsp
  • Parsley leaves : 2 tsp (chopped)
  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp
  • Milk : 500 ml
  • Onion : 1 piece
  • Carrot : 1 piece
  • Broccoli : 4 flowers
  • Potato : 1 piece (cut into length wise)
  • Salt : to taste
  • Pepper powder : 4 tbsp

Procedure for preparing Grilled Fish With Lemon Sauce:

  • Wash & dry the fish fillets.
  • Marinate the fish fillets in lemon juice, salt & ginger paste for 2 hours.
  • Coat the marinated fillets with flour seasoned with salt & pepper.
  • Grill the fillets seasoned with oil in preheated oven 180 degree temperature till golden brown.
  • To make the sauce, boil milk till it thickens.
  • Heat a pan & add butter.
  • Add onion, garlic & sauté.
  • Cook for 3 minutes & add 1 tsp of flour.
  • Mix milk into the pan & stir continuously.
  • Add salt & pepper.
  • Remove from the heat & make it cool.
  • Add lemon juice, cream & parsley leaves.
  • Blanch the vegetables & sprinkle salt & pepper.
  • Deep fry the potatoes. Sprinkle salt & pepper.
  • Place the grilled fish fillets & pour lemon juice over it.
  • Garnish with vegetables & French potatoes & serve.
