Veg French toast is a delicious & healthy indian dish & easy to make. It’s main ingredients are bread, egg & vegetables.
Ingredients for preparing veg French toast
- Sliced bread : 6 pieces
- Carrot : 2 pieces (boiled)
- French beans : 100 gm (boiled)
- Potato : 1 piece (boiled)
- Green peas : ½ cup
- Green chilli : 2 pieces (chopped)
- Oil : for deep fry
- Butter : 100 gm
- Egg : 4 pieces
- Salt : to taste
- Sugar : ½ tsp
- Black cumin seeds :1/2 tsp
- Cornflour : 1 tbsp
Method for preparing veg French toast
- Put 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Add black cumin seeds, carrot, French beans, potato, green peas & green chillies.
- Add salt & pepper.
- Stir continuously & smash.
- Before removing from the heat spread cornflour.
- Take 2 breads & spread butter on it.
- Make sandwich with prepared vegetables.
- Beat eggs in a bowl & mix salt & sugar.
- Dip the sandwich in egg & deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot & garnish with salad.
