Veg French Toast Recipe

Veg French toast is a delicious & healthy indian dish & easy to make. It’s main ingredients are bread, egg & vegetables.

Ingredients for preparing veg French toast

  • Sliced bread : 6 pieces
  • Carrot : 2 pieces (boiled)
  • French beans : 100 gm (boiled)
  • Potato : 1 piece (boiled)
  • Green peas : ½ cup
  • Green chilli : 2 pieces (chopped)
  • Oil : for deep fry
  • Butter : 100 gm
  • Egg : 4 pieces
  • Salt : to taste
  • Sugar : ½ tsp
  • Black cumin seeds :1/2 tsp
  • Cornflour : 1 tbsp

Method for preparing veg French toast

  • Put 1 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add black cumin seeds, carrot, French beans, potato, green peas & green chillies.
  • Add salt & pepper.
  • Stir continuously & smash.
  • Before removing from the heat spread cornflour.
  • Take 2 breads & spread butter on it.
  • Make sandwich with prepared vegetables.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl & mix salt & sugar.
  • Dip the sandwich in egg & deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot & garnish with salad.
