Vegetable Pasta Toss is a dish which can be had as a salad with the main meal and is extremely easy to prepare. In this recipe all you have to do is toss all the ingredients including mayonnaise which gives it a nice flavour. It has low calorie and is healthy with all the goodness of the vegetables and pepper.

Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta Toss Recipe
- Spirali pasta or any other pasta – 100 gms (boiled)
- Tomato – 1(diced)
- Carrot – ½ (thinly sliced)
- Cucumber – 1 (thinly sliced)
- Capsicum – ½ (diced)
- Corn niblets– 2 tbsp (boiled)
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste

In a bowl combine paste with rest of the ingredients. Toss it well
Serve chilled.
