Anday Ka Halwa or Egg Halwa is one type of nutritious dessert which can be prepared instantly from ingredients that are available at home.
Ingredients for preparing Anday ka Halwa / Egg Halwa
- Egg – 4 pieces
- Sugar – 6 tsp
- Dry milk powder – 6 tsp
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Raisin / kishmish – 50 gm
- Water – as required
Procedure for Preparing Anday ka Halwa / Egg Halwa
In one bowl beat eggs and add sugar. Beat the mixture until sugar is melted.
In another bowl mix milk powder and water. Make thick mixture.
In a vessel put ghee and both the above mixtures, heat the mixture and saute it until it releases ghee.
Add raisin and heat on low flame for 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
