The combination of prawn & egg tastes fantastic for a special occasion. Egg Prawn Saute is easy to make non-veg Chinese recipe.
Ingredients for preparing Egg Prawn Saute:
- Egg : 10 pieces (beaten)
- Prawn : 250 gm (shelled & chopped)
- Cornflour : 2 tsp (mixed in ½ cup water)
- Ajinomoto : 1 tsp (optional)
- Refined oil : 100 gm
- Fresh ginger : 1 tsp (chopped)
- Spring onion : 2 pieces (chopped)
- Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
- Salt : to taste
Procedure for preparing Egg Prawn Saute:
- Mix egg, soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, ginger, spring onion & prawn in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the mixture & stir well.
- When it is golden brown, mix cornflour & boil for a minute or two.
- Serve hot.
