Chinese Ginger Chicken Recipe is worldwide famous due to irresistible taste. Its charming appearance & yummy taste attracts all.
Ingredients for preparing Ginger Chicken:
- Minced Chicken: 500 gm
- Ginger: 2 tbsp (crushed)
- Pepper powder: 1 tsp
- Ajinomoto: a pinch
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Cornflour : 2 tbsp
- Egg : 1 piece
- Oil : for frying
For Gravy:
- Spring onion : 100 gm
- Ginger paste: 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce : 1 tsp
- Tomato Sauce : 2 tsp
- Chilli garlic sauce : 2 tsp
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Cornflour : 1 tbsp (mixed in ½ cup of water)
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : to taste
Procedure for preparing Ginger chicken:
- Mix chicken, ginger, pepper, ajinomoto, salt in a bowl.
- Make small balls out of this.
- Beat egg, salt & cornflour.
- Dip the balls into it & deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Keep aside the ginger balls.
- Now for the gravy heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger paste & sauté for a minute.
- Add soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce, tomato sauce, salt & pepper. Stir well in a low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour. Stir well.
- Remove from heat & serve hot with Chinese rice or noodles.
