Simple Vegetable sandwich is the preferred choice of kids and is very healthy evening snacks. Kids even prefer taking them in school as tiffin. On top of that it is very easy to make.
Ingredients for preparing Simple Veg Sandwich
- Bread slices – 8 pieces
- Butter – 100 gm
- Coconut coriander chutney – 8 tsp
- Tomato sauce – 8 tsp
- Cucumber – 1 piece (sliced)
- Onion – 2 pieces (sliced)
- Tomato – 2 pieces (sliced)
- Boiled potato – 1 piece (sliced)
Procedure for preparing Simple Veg Sandwich
Take one bread slice and spread butter, coconut coriander chutney and tomato sauce over it. Repeat the same procedure for all the slices. Put sliced potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion on the bread slice. Now cover the same with another bread slice.
Repeat the same process for other bread slices and serve it as snacks in the evening.
