Hara Bhara Kebab is a hearty vegetarian dish filled with spinach, potatoes and peas. It is healthy and yummy as well. It is a great snack for kids as well as for guests.
Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe
- Spinach leaves – ½ buch
- Peas – 50gms
- Potatoes – 3(boiled)
- Cornflour – 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup(chopped)
- Green chillies – 3)chopped)
- Ginger – ½ tsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 300 ml (for deep frying)
Procedure for preparing Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add the spinach leaves and sautÃ© for 2 minutes till tender and then when it cools down chop them.
Mash the potatoes, peas and spinach leaves together.
Add green chillies, ginger,coriander leaves salt and cornflour and mix well.
Divide the mixture and form even sized flat kebabs by rolling in your palm.
Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce or cheese dip/sauce.
