Orange chutney is very delicious & yummy. It is served after lunch or dinner. It is very healthy too.
Ingredients for preparing Orange Chutney:
- Orange Slices : 1 cup
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Water : 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp : 1 tbsp
- Roasted jeera powder : ½ tsp
- Salt : to taste
Procedure for preparing Orange Chutney:
- Make a thick sugar syrup by boiling sugar & water.
- Add tamarind pulp, salt & orange slices. Stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread roasted jeera powder over this.
- Remove from heat. Make it cool & serve.
