Paneer Shashlik is an ethnic Indian recipe. It is very delightful & nutritious too.
Ingredients for Paneer Shashlik:
- Paneer : 250 gm (cut into square pieces)
- Capsicum : 1 piece (diced into square pieces)
- Tomato : 2 pieces (diced into square pieces)
- Onion : 2 pieces (diced into square pieces)
- Green Chilli paste : 1 tsp
- Vinegar : 1 tbsp
- Shajeera : 1 tsp
- Cardamom : 2 pieces
- Cinnamon stick : 1â€
- Clove : 2 pieces
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
- Ginger paste : 1 tsp
- Garlic paste : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
For Dipping:
- Curd : 150 ml
- Pudina leaves : 5o gm
- Coriander leaves : 25 gm
- Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seed powder : 1 tsp
- Salt : to taste
Procedure for preparing Paneer Shashlik:
- Marinate the paneer with roasted & ground cardamom, cinnamon, clove, shajeera, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste & salt for 2 hours.
- Marinate the vegetables with vinegar, red chilli powder, ground sahjeera & salt for 2 hours.
- Skew the vegetables & paneer in skewer.
- Grill in the preheated oven at 180 degree temperature for 5 minutes.
- Now for the dipping, mix all the ingredients for dipping.
- Serve paneer Shashlik with its dipping preparation.
