- Milk – 250 ml
- Yoghurt– 2 tbsp
- Almond powder – 1 tbsp
- Banana – 1
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Ice – 3-4 cubes

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender/mixer-grinder along with ice.
Serve chilled in a tall glass.
