Fish Roll in Lemon Butter Sauce is Very easy to make. This is very yummy & its lemon butter sauce is just delicious.
Ingredients for preparing Fish Roll in Lemon Butter Sauce:
- Bhetki Fillet : 2 pieces
- Spinach leaves : 150 gm
- Cheese : 100 gm
- Cream : 100 gm
- Butter : 50 gm
- Parsley leaves : 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Peas : 50 gm (boiled)
- Potato : 1 piece (boiled)
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper : to taste
- Lemon juice : 3 tbsp
Procedure preparing Fish Roll in Lemon Butter Sauce:
- Marinate bhetki fillet with salt & lemon for 1 hour.
- Blanch & grind the spinach.
- Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add ground spinach, salt, cheese & pepper.
- Stir till thick consistency. Remove from heat & keep aside.
- Heat another pan. Add rest of the butter, parsley, cream. Stir in simmer & mix lemon juice.
- Remove from heat. Lemon butter sauce is ready.
- Arrange spinach filling into the marinated bhetki & roll tightly & tie with a thread.
- Grill in a preheated oven at 180 degree temperature for 5 minutes. Turn up & again grill for more 5 minutes.
- Cut into halves & serve with lemon butter sauce, peas & potato. Sprinkle a little pepper over it.
