Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe

Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe

Thankuni Pata is used as a medicinal herbĀ  in Ayurvedic medicine, traditional African medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine. This recipe is very easy to prepare and can be head with steamed rice.

Serves – 4 persons

Ingredients for Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe

  • Thankuni pata/ Centella leaves – 1 small bunch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Green chillies – 2-3 (slit)
  • Oil – 1 tsp

Procedure for Preparing Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe

Take only the leaves removing the stigma. Wash thoroughly.

Make a paste of all the above ingredients in a mixer and then heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry the paste slightly for 2 minutes.

Serve with hot steamed rice.
