Thankuni Pata is used as a medicinal herb in Ayurvedic medicine, traditional African medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine. This recipe is very easy to prepare and can be head with steamed rice.

Ingredients for Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe
- Thankuni pata/ Centella leaves – 1 small bunch
- Salt – to taste
- Green chillies – 2-3 (slit)
- Oil – 1 tsp
Procedure for Preparing Thankuni Pata Bata Recipe
Take only the leaves removing the stigma. Wash thoroughly.
Make a paste of all the above ingredients in a mixer and then heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry the paste slightly for 2 minutes.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
