Ingredients for preparing Prawn with Grapes & Chilli:
- Prawn : 10 pieces (shelled & deveined)
- Onion : 2 pieces (chopped)
- Garlic : 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Grapes : 10 pieces
- Grape juice : 1 cup
- Salt : to taste
- Green Chilli : 4 pieces (chopped)
- Pepper powder : 1 tsp
- Sugar : ½ tsp
- Olive oil : 2 tbsp
- Cream : 2 tbsp
Procedure for preparing Prawn with Grapes & Chili:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add chopped garlic, onion & sautÃ© over medium heat.
- Mix prawn, grapes & green chilli.
- Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, sugar, pepper & stir well.
- Add grape juice & cream. Toss well.
- Remove from heat & serve with steamed rice.
