Ghola Roti is a eastern India cuisine which can be prepared easily and is very delicious. It is prepared with maida, eggs,chopped onions and green chillies and spread on the pan in the shape of rotis and then are fried in oil.So when you are in a hurry just go for this recipe.
Ingredients for Ghola Roti Recipe
- Maida/all purpose flour– 250 gms
- Eggs – 2 (beaten)
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Onions– 2(chopped)
- Green chillies – 4(chopped)
Procedure for Preparing Ghola Roti Recipe
Make a batter of medium consistency of all the ingredients except Onions and green chillies. Once a batter is formed add the chopped green chillies and onions to it and mix well.
Heat a flat griddle with enough oil to fry the rotis. Now add one big spoonful of the batter to the heated griddle and then spread it in the shape of a roti or paratha, When one side is cooked turn over and fry the other side. Once the ghola roti is fried remove from heat and serve hot with chopped onion and cucumber or aloo sabzi.
