Mint Coriander Chutney Recipe With Garlic

Mint-Coriander Chutney also known as Green chutney or Hari chutney is a North Indian chutney which can be prepared in multiple ways with lot of variation of ingredients. You can also refer to Dhaniya Pudina Chutney Recipe

Ingredients for Mint-Coriander Recipe

  • Coriander leaves – 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Mint leaves (pudina) – 1 bunch (chopped without stem)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Green chillies – 3 (slit)
  • Garlic – 2 (big pieces)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Procedure for preparing Mint-Coriander Chutney

Blend all the ingredients except lemon juice and grind it into a smooth paste in a mixer. After taking out in a bowl mix lemon juice with it.

You can serve it along with pakoras, parathas or as garnish on chaats
