Keema Patties or Kheema Patties or Mince Meat Patties is very light snacks and can be prepared very easily. It can be eaten as snacks or with chapattis or bread.
Ingredients for Khema Patties Recipe
- Boiled potatoes – 500 gm
- Kheema (minced meat) – 250 gm
- Salt – as per taste
- Whole cumin seeds -half tsp
- Garam masala – 3/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – half cup (chopped)
- Refined oil – 300 ml (for deep frying)
- Egg – 2
Procedure for preparing Kheema Patties
Mix mince meat, red chilly powder, salt, garam masala and cumin seeds in a karahi (wok).
Put the wok on high flame and stir well for 2 minutes. Then in low flame stir till mince meat gets tender. Stir on low flames till the mixture becomes dry. Keep it aside for cooling.
In another vessel mash boiled potatoes. Add coriander leaves and cooled mince meat. Mix it well.
Form even sized flat patties by rolling it in palm.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Dip the Patties in egg and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with tomato sauce or Mint Coriander Chutney.
