Chicken lollipop is made from the middle (and sometimes inner) segments of chicken wings. These are then coated in a spicy batter and then deep fried. It is delicious and is a perfect appetizer for your meal.
Ingredients for Chicken Lollipop (Boneless) Recipe
- Chicken breast (boneless)- 1 kg
- Red chillie sauce – 3 tbsp
- Green chillie sauce – 3 tbsp
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Egg – 1
- Oil – for frying
- Jeera – 2 pinches
- Red Chillie powder – ½ tbsp
- Maida – 3 tbsp
- Cornflour – 3 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red colour – ½ tsp
Procedure for preparing Chicken Lollipop(Boneless) Recipe
Marinate all the ingredients except oil and egg. Keep for 2 hrs. I generally keep it marinated overnight and prepare it in the morning.
Once the chicken is well marinated add egg and heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
