Lassi is a yoghurt based drink of Northern India , especially Punjab. It is a refreshing drink prepared by blending curd, sugar and ice. Lassis are enjoyed chilled as a hot-weather refreshment, mostly taken with lunch.

Ingredients for Lassi Recipe
- Curd – 2 cups
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Cold Water - ½ cup
- Crushed ice – 3-4 cubes crushed
- Salt – a pinch
Procedure for preparing Lassi Recipe
Put the curd, sugar,cold water, salt and crushed ice in a blender and blend it till the mix becomes frothy.
Serve chilled in glasses with ice cubes.
You may also garnish the drink with Mint leaves.
