Potol Bhaja is a very famous fried dish in Bengal . The Bengalis have some fried/ bhaja item along with their rice and dal and potol bhaja is very common and also extremely easy to prepare.
Makes – 10 potol bhajas
Ingredients for Potol Bhaja Recipe
- Potol /pointed gourd – 5
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Procedure for preparing Potol Bhaja Recipe
Wash the gourds and then slit them in two halves longitudinally.
Then rub the turmeric and salt all over it.
Heat oil in a pan and then fry them till golden brown.
