Dhaniya Pudina Chutney Recipe

Dhaniya Pudina Chutney Recipe

Green chutney/ Hari chutney is a North Indian chutney which is used as a dip for pakoras or used for chaats. It is basically a combination of coriander and mint leaves along with green chillies which are blended into a smooth or coarse paste as per requirement and taste.

Ingredients for Green Chutney Recipe

  • Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves (pudina) – ½ bunch
  • Salt – to taste
  • Green chillies – 3 (slit)
  • Sugar – 2 tsp

Procedure for preparing Green Chutney Recipe

Blend all the ingredients and grind it to a smooth paste in a mixer grinder.You can serve it with pakoras, parathas and garnish on chaats.

Note – you can also add 1 tsp lime juice, it adds a different flavour to it.
